CUP-30

Processes 25-30 lbs per batch, 20 minute run time. Three-phase electrical, VFD controlled. Up to 600 lbs per 8-hour shift.

FFE-45 / FFE-60

Falling Film Evaporator. Recovers 45-60 gallons of ethanol per hour. 90-95% alcohol separation in one pass.

RFD-27

Rolled Film Distillation system. Produces Category A distillate at 4-5L/hr feed rate using rollers for increased evaporative surface area.

DC-40 Inline Chiller

Direct inline chiller. Chills 30 gallons of ethanol from 20°C to -40°C in 20 minutes. ETL certified, C1D2 compliant.
