Parts Sourcing
The Situation
Supercritical CO2 extraction parts are high-pressure components engineered for operation with carbon dioxide as a solvent, typically at pressures between 1,000 and 10,000 PSI. Finding them for legacy IES systems requires access to specialized industrial suppliers.
IES Isolate Extraction Systems has been manufacturing supercritical CO2 extraction equipment since 2012. Their CDMH series extractors are fully automated, food-grade systems with proprietary software, operating at pressures between 850 and 3,500 PSI. These are serious, high-value pieces of equipment that operators depend on for daily production.
Like all high-pressure CO2 systems, IES extractors require specialized components -- hydraulic pump parts, clamshell enclosure hardware, high-pressure fittings, chiller components, and control system parts -- that are not always readily available through standard supply channels. When a critical component fails, downtime is expensive and sourcing the right part quickly matters.
BOEXCO has the technical knowledge and sourcing network to find the components you need for your IES system. We understand supercritical CO2 extraction at a deep level and can identify what you need by description, symptom, or part number.
